We will be at Court Farm Lakes on the 31st Jan 2025 to host a guided Sauna Ritual, we will have full access of the site from 4pm till 7 pm, the café will be open serving snacks and drinks, it will be fully clothing optional around the site. I will be hosting a 90 min Sauna Ritual and Fiona will be available for massage (must be pre-booked).

The Seasonal Sauna Ritual Experience

Join Sauna Master Michael Discombe as he leads you through an immersive 90-minute sauna ritual. This unique experience utilises the interplay of heat and cold, complemented by the therapeutic benefits of essential oils and birch. The ritual is thoughtfully structured into four distinct rounds, each inspired by a different season of the year.
Round One: Winter
The journey commences with the Winter round. Here, you enter the sauna feeling the chill, with dry skin and stiff joints—a true reflection of winter’s embrace. The environment is cool and calm, preparing your body and mind for the gradual awakening that follows.
Progressing Through the Seasons
As the ritual unfolds, the intensity of the heat is gently increased with each round. Moving from Winter through Spring, the warmth begins to penetrate, and your body starts to loosen. By the time Summer arrives, the heat has reached its peak. This is the crescendo of the experience: sweat flows freely, pores open, and tension dissolves, allowing the mind to relax and follow the release of the body.
Final Round: Autumn
The final stage is Autumn, where the intensity subsides. This round offers a chance to slow down and reflect, taking time for yourself after the crescendo of heat. The ritual concludes with a few additional surprises, ensuring a memorable and restorative finish to the journey.
